All sales are final. At this time, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
That said, if something goes wrong with your order, please reach out. If an item arrives damaged, incorrect, or goes missing in transit, I’m always happy to help make it right.
Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, contact me within a reasonable time after delivery. Please include your order number and, if applicable, a photo of the issue so I can quickly assess what happened.
Replacements or refunds are handled case by case, with fairness and minimal drama.
Lost Shipments
If your package disappears into the void and tracking shows it was never delivered, get in touch. I’ll work with you to figure out next steps, whether that’s a replacement or a refund.
Apparel
All apparel sales are final. Please double-check the size chart before ordering. If you have questions about sizing or materials, feel free to ask before you place your order.
