Are these officially licensed Dungeon Crawler Carl products?

No. These are fan-created works, not official merchandise.

That said, Matt Dinniman has published clear guidelines for fans who create and sell Dungeon Crawler Carl–inspired art and merchandise, and this shop fully adheres to those guidelines.

My merch is listed on hizev.com, the official portal for approved DCC fan art and creators.

In short:

Where are your stickers made and where do they ship from?

All stickers are manufactured by small businesses I trust, located here in the United States. These are partners I’ve built real working relationships with over time, chosen for quality, consistency, and care.

Orders ship from Colorado where they’re packed up and sent out into the world from a very oxygen starved location about 9,000 feet above sea level.

How does free shipping work?

Free shipping is sent via USPS First-Class Mail.

This option is ideal for lightweight items like stickers and prints. Tracking updates may be limited or delayed, but your order is still moving through USPS as normal mail.

Can I get tracked shipping?

Yes. If you’d prefer full USPS tracking, you can select a shipping upgrade at checkout.

Tracked shipping provides:

  • Detailed scan updates
  • More precise delivery information
  • Extra peace of mind

My tracking looks weird. Is my order lost?

Probably not. First-Class Mail tracking can be sparse or delayed. If your order hasn’t arrived by the expected delivery window, reach out and I’ll help you sort it out.

What if my order arrives damaged or doesn’t show up?

If something arrives damaged or disappears into the void, contact me and we’ll make it right. Replacements or refunds are handled case by case, with fairness and minimal drama.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

At this time, we do not accept returns or exchanges. That said, if something goes wrong with your order, please reach out. If an item arrives damaged, incorrect, or is missing, I’m always happy to help make it right.

Please note: All apparel sales are final, so be sure to check the size chart carefully before placing your order. If you have any questions about sizing or materials, just ask (but do it before you place your order!)

Do you offer free stickers or bonuses?

Sometimes. Very sometimes.

Every now and then I’ll sneak a bonus sticker into an order as a surprise. It’s not promised, or predictable and very much a when the mood hits me situation.

For announced freebies, promos, or codes, email subscribers usually hear first.

How are your stickers packaged?

Every order is packaged to survive the journey.

All items ship in a 400 GSM rigid mailer, which helps prevent bending, creasing, or postal-related nonsense. Inside the mailer, your stickers are placed in a protective inner bag to guard against wear, moisture, and the elements.

Are your stickers high quality?

I sell the stickers I'd want to receive, so all stickers are printed on thick, high-quality vinyl with a protective matte laminate. They’re waterproof, weatherproof, and durable enough for laptops, water bottles, notebooks, gaming gear, planners, and everyday use.

Nothing cheap or flimsy here.

What sizes do the stickers come in?

Most designs are available in two sizes:

  • Large: approx. 4 inches on the longest side
  • Small: approx. 2.5 incheson the longest side
